An in depth look at lifestyle, diet, hereditary, and emotional concerns in order to make the necessary changes to increase health and vitality. A consultation may include the use of iridology and muscle testing in order to determine weaknesses in the body and will offer herbal, dietary and therapeutic suggestions, along with essential oils, homeopathics, flower remedies, body work suggestions. A great way to begin your return to true wellness!
First appointment 1 1/2 - 2 hours $205 (Includes written report of all suggestions and a 30 minute follow up phone consult to go over any questions you may have regarding your report)
Follow up appointments 1 hour $85
For specific concerns or acute illnesses (colds, flues, , etc) 30 minutes $45
Personal Development, Emotional Support, Holistic Coaching and Energy Blueprint Analysis
We provide a private and safe environment to process through blocks, fears and outgrown belief patterns to help you learn and heal from the past and align to your true authentic potential. These sessions utilize many different modalities and therapies that are designed to support you as you gain new perspectives and deeper meanings into your life, your purpose and your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
One-on-one sessions 1 - 2 hours $105 -$150

Nutritional Counseling
Diet and nutritional advice personalized for each client. We offer information on many specialized diets including eating for your blood type, living gluten free and/or dairy free, anti-inflammatory and diabetic friendly foods, the benefits of eating local and organic. Non-invasive allergy testing will be used to help determine diet suggestions. As caterer I also offer many healthy recipes with each nutritional counseling session.
1 hour appointment $85
Allergy Correction Technique: 30 minutes - 1 hour, $45 (Allergy corrections can take up to 6 appointments depending on the severity of the allergy)
Personalized Cleanses/Fasts
If you have a specific need to detoxify or if you just want to jump start you're own natural cleansing process, we personalize a cleanse or fast specifically for you. We supply a personalized daily planner, seasonal cleansing information (over 30 handouts!), and recipes.
1-2 appointments and support though-out your cleanse is provided. Price depends on type and length of cleanse, please call for pricing.
Half Day Intensive
Intensives are an opportunity to go deep into your healing and development process. In an intensive we will combine all of our services to create a 4 hour comprehensive session based on your current needs. These sessions are wonderful for clients that are going through difficult transitions, dealing with significant health issues, are starting a new job or business in the healthcare field, or if you've "tried it all" and are feeling overwhelmed with where to go or what to do next. An intensive allows time and space for us to unpack, reorganize and get clear on what steps are most beneficial for you.
4 1/2 hour session $450 (Includes a written report of suggestions, recordings of consultation sessions, personalized herbal tea blend, personalized essential oil or flower essence and 2, 30 minute follow up appointments by phone or Skype/Facetime)
